I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Florida with a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. With over 5 years of experience, I work with clients ranging from 7 to 99 years old, addressing a variety of concerns including severe mental illness, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, and everyday challenges such as work, family, and relationship stress. My approach is compassionate and tailored to support you through life’s difficulties in a safe and supportive environment.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect In our first session together, we’ll begin with brief introductions to get to know each other, followed by a discussion of the specific challenges you’re currently facing. This will help me understand your unique situation and create a personalized plan that we can work through in future sessions. Our goal will be to establish a foundation of trust and clarity, so you feel supported as we begin the journey toward positive change. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to work effectively with young to middle-aged adults facing mental health challenges and relationship issues . Over the years, I’ve developed a tried-and-true approach that helps clients (a) identify the root causes of their struggles and (b) create a personalized plan that leads to measurable progress. I’m committed to working collaboratively with each client, using evidence-based strategies to ensure that they feel empowered and supported as they move toward lasting change. The clients I'm best positioned to serve I’m best positioned to serve individuals who are motivated to improve but may not yet have the tools or strategies to make meaningful change. My clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious about the direction of their lives. They come from all walks of life and are ready to explore new perspectives and develop skills to overcome obstacles, find balance, and move forward with confidence. I’m here to guide them in building resilience and achieving their goals.
I only offer online, individual therapy on a HIPPA compliant platform. You must be physically located in the state of Florida at the time of each virtual session.
